Bruce LaMont, Partner & CEO

Bruce LaMont has over 30 years of experience managing complex regulatory data and healthcare informatics. He has a proven track record of success, having founded, led, and taken the Covalent Group public as a NASDAQ-listed company. Under his leadership, Covalent Group became a top-tier, publicly-traded CRO and healthcare delivery company.

Bruce's expertise lies in building technologies and applications to simplify complex data structures, including meta-data and tabular data search engines with visualization capabilities capable of linking disparate databases. His passion for using data to optimize quality, business, and employee outcomes is evident in his work, and he is committed to leveraging his experience to help our clients achieve their goals.

Peter Berzin, CIO

Peter has over a decade of designing, managing and growing various data sources relating to clinical technologies, manufacturing, healthcare, financial, and asset/people management. His background ranges from Biochemist, Software Engineer, Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, Head of Quality and Consultant for regulatory bodies. 

Peter's expertise spans across numerous verticals in which he has brought technical solutions to these various industries that meet the industry specific regulations and guidelines including ISO, ISA, data security/quality standards, GDPR, QMS, SOX, FDIC, and other industry standards. Recently he has also taken part in writing regulatory standards and guidelines for maintaining and evaluating data quality via frameworks used for generating real-world evidence. 

Jim Cassano, CFO

Jim is a three-time CEO and international executive with over a decade of experience as a Board member of Ideanomics, a NASDAQ company with operations in China, Asia and the U.S., currently serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee. He has also been a General Partner of a private equity partnership, bringing hands-on experience in finance, financial and business services sectors, internet software, entertainment, publishing, pharmaceutical, biotech services and engineering in the U.S., the UK, Europe, China and the Middle East. He served as Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the Hill Group, a $100 million dollar engineering and consulting company, and Vice President of Investments and Acquisitions for Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., a public venture development company. He was also a Partner and the Managing Director of Strategic Management Services in Europe for the Hay Group, providing services to companies in corporate structuring, strategy implementation, top-management succession and organizational change.
